Conserving energy and harnessing the power of the sun are just a couple of ways Northland Lutheran respects God's gifts to us. The school roof has 162 solar panels and a sun-tracking ground system helps students track the amount of energy we've collected and the amount of money saved. And yes, in summer, our power bills are very low thanks to all that sunshine. The lessons learned using our solar equipment is the basis for our Renewable Energies course.
