How to Apply

International students who wish to apply for the upcoming school year, must complete the following forms (click on each form's name to download):

• International Application Form (must include $100 application fee)
• Advisor / Counselor Evaluation and Recommendation
• English Teacher Evaluation and Recommendation
• Request for Release of School Records (Needed only if student's school requires parental consent to release records.)

Please submit all completed original forms to:

Medications Brought from Home (requires parent signature)
Release and Consent Form (requires parent signature)
