Getting to Northland Lutheran High School is simpler than you might think. Northland operates two transportation van routes—one serving areas south of Merrill and another coming from Wisconsin Rapids. Families who live near these routes may drop off and pick up their student at any of the designated locations along the way.
(Please note that these are our routes for the 2025-26 school year and may change in the future.)
In addition, many Northland families already carpool from surrounding communities such as Marshfield, Tomahawk, Rhinelander, and Merrill. For students who live farther away, weekday homestay options are also available. These students stay with a host family from Monday evening through Friday morning, then return home for the weekend.
We work closely with families to help find transportation solutions, making Northland accessible to students from across the region.
